I made a 2 seconds rule to achieve anything !

A lot of people get confused when they have the right knowledge, right time, right resources. They want to do it but don’t have adequate rules to take the step ahead. Your mind drives crazy when you have to work in pressure. There is 1 rule which will let you do the thing in calm mindset.

Do this for 1st Second:

Take a deep breath, calm down your heart beat for 1 second. Think, Do you want to do it ? yes or no , for 1 second. If yes then do it, if no then sit down and forget it. Don’t waste time thinking why I can’t do it. Do the next task.

Do this for 2nd Second:

Get up and do that thing. Don’t care about anything and take the step forward. As your mind is calmed from above given things in first second, you will focus more. If the craving is real then you won’t wait for it.

When you practice 2 seconds rule, you have the strong reason to do that thing. You do that without being in hurry and wrong thoughts. When your mind is calmed and silent, you become more conscious. When I go for cold shower I practice 2 seconds rule. I do it without getting panicked. My heart already listens to me and I can control my brain waves when I am calm.

That rule is very effective when you apply it on your fear. When you fear to rope climbing then practice that rule. Try to keep your mind in calm position and start doing it in the very next moment without panicking up.

I practice 2 seconds rule regularly and with it I can do each and every workout with 100 reps like pushups or pull-ups. It is easy to listen but hard to do. At last moment you don’t feel your hands and they become as strong as stones. I am not generating fear but I do exercise everyday like what I stated earlier.
