How I defeat fear everyday ?

Fear

What is fear ? You run from it when you hear the word “ fear ”. Fear is a mental state you get defeated by your own thoughts. Fear is when you are not sure about what your plans are for defeating it down. Fear ensures itself, no matter what you gotta keep running and fear keeps frightening you to lose the guts. How can someone be okay with fear ? What is trick to use it against itself ? How can I control it ? It’s hard. It’s very hard when fear comes in mind and it starts speaking with your mind to quit ! You have 3 seconds either you fight with it or you lose. You know what you can fight with it. Just do 1 thing. Close your eyes remember why you want to do it ? Feel the power. Keep listening to your heart. Be blind for sometime and just do it. Don’t listen to your fear.

See fear as motivation

Turn your fear in challenge. Challenge your mind and trick it. Win the challenge every-time when fear comes in mind. Learn from fear. Let fear be your motivation. Motivation ? How can fear be my motivation ? Let me tell you that fear is not a real thing. They are the things which you have never thought of. It is thought you never implemented. So if you know your fear, you know that you take it to border and throw it to opposite side. Motivation is not there when you know, what you want to do it but cannot push it. Let fear be your motivation. Turn your fear into motivation.

How do I defeat fear ?

Fear to me is like a condition. You beat it or you forget it. If you beat fear, congrats you did it and move on to next one. If you don’t beat fear congrats you still have time to think and be brave enough to defeat it. When I started running, I had this fear in my mind that how can I run alone ? What if someone comes to me and something bad happens ? What if there are dogs on the road ? What if I fall on the ground ? All those questions had one answer. One answer that turned my fear into the greatest motivation - “You gotta do it, no matter what happens to you”. Always listen to motivational podcasts or listen to videos on YouTube which promote motivational thoughts. I talked to my brain and told “you can’t beat me, no one can beat me!”. I don’t care what you think. I am the greatest person in this world. I am not a person who hides from fear. I listen to David Goggins. You can’t hurt me or my good thoughts!

  3. Have discipline.
  4. Learn to value things.
  5. Know your “Why”
  6. Just do it, don’t wait for someone to push you.
  7. You gotta be hungry!
